Delhi Private School Teacher 7th Pay Salary, Delhi TGT PGT Private Teacher Provident Fund, Supreme Court Hearing on Private Teacher Salary Gratuity, Supreme Court Teacher Order Latest News,

Supreme Court recently announced judgement in favour of private school teacher who was teaching in popular school from long time as a TGT PGT Teacher. This news first appear in Hindustan Newspaper of Delhi and group of private teacher working as Graduate Teacher has filled case in Supreme Court.

The case was, Delhi Education Department approve law related to private teacher in year 2013 regarding Provident Fund benefit given to teachers. Under plea demand was to give 7th Pay commission benefits to private teachers. Advocate who was fighting in favour teacher has told judges that government has not allocated fund under 7th Pay commission.

So after hearing cases supreme court of India allowed associated school to pay salary and fund to private teachers under 7th Pay commission from January 2016. Supreme Court further said teacher working in private are also eligible to claim their benefits of allowance, employee Provident Fund, Gratuity and as well as other payment rules.

And also order to publish seperate newsletter which mention health insurance to private school teachers.
