UP Board Migration Certificate 2017 10th 12th Class Online Form For Admission UP Board Migration Certificate Form 2017.
UP Board Migration Certificate 2017 is For Taking Admission in Other School or University. UP Board Migration Certificate is issued only to those candidates who have appeared for examination of the Board, in order to enable them to seek admission elsewhere to continue study. Failed candidates or appearing candidates of 10th 12th for improvement, Additional Subject should not apply for Migration or Provisional certificate. Migration Certificate can be issued only the photocopy of the Transfer Certificate is attached.
Migration certificate: Migration certificate is issued by the university after finishing university exam. The certificate is used when you change your board or university.
Procedure For Obtaining, How to Get Migration Certificate: The student shall apply for the issue of the Migration Certificate in the prescribed format as given below addressing to the Controller of Examinations, Address, Location, Pin Code or THROUGH THE HEAD OF THE INSTITUTION in which he/she is prosecuting or prosecuted his/her studies last.
Note: If Not Received Applicants must check the status of availability of their Migration Certificate at concerned office of the Board & must apply at the concerned office only.
Application Fees: The fee for the issue of Migration Certificate is ₹. 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) or Rs.500/- towards processing fee. In the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “The Controller of Examinations.
Document Required: Photocopy of Transfer Certificate, Provisional Certificate or Degree Certificate should be enclosed. A self addressed stamped envelope to the value of 60/- (Rupees Sixty only) for dispatch of Migration Certificate.
