Application Form Fees: All the documents shall be arranged properly in a Blue File Cover. Bank Draft of Rs. 600/- in favour of State Bar Council through High Court of Jammu and Kashmir. Payable at R.C.C. Jammu/ Srinagar (Rupees 300/- in case of S.C/S.T.)3

Bar Council Document Required: For Jammu bar council Verification to search status name list of Provisional/ Degree Certificate: Bank Draft fee amounting to Rs. 300/- in favour of Controller Examinations, University of Kashmir/Jammu.

Educational Qualification: Original LL.B. Degree Certificate/Provisional Matriculation Diploma (Date of Birth Certificate) Character Certificate from the concerned University.

Two latest Photographs in an envelope (unattested)

Character Certificate from two Senior Advocates counter signed by the President Bar Association.

Undertaking on an Affidavit to be attested by Notary with Notary Stamp of Rs.10.

Bar Council Verification Roll Forms: Three Sets complete in all respects duly attested by Gazetted Officer. Photographs should also be attested.

Copy of 1st Appointment Order, Retirement Order, Character Certificate from concerned Department and Original LL.B. Certificate
