RASHAN CARD कैसे प्राप्त करें
a. Rashan Card प्राप्त करने के लिये Applicant खाद्य आपूर्ति / CSC सेन्टर विभाग में पूर्व निर्धारित form D1 के अनुसार APPLY करेगा।
b. Applicant अपने Family की दो सत्यापित फोटो (pass port photo) APPLY पत्र के साथ प्रस्तुत करेगा।
c. Applicant (costumer) एक हलफनामे है कि उसका India में कहीं भी पहले और उसके FAMILY के सदस्यों के नाम किसी भी Rashan Card में शामिल नहीं हैं की declaration देगा। Applicant अपने स्थायी address तथा पिछले 5 years के पते की भी घोषणा करेगा।
d.Applicant एक निश्चित date के साथ एक पर्ची प्राप्त करेगा, जिसके अनुसार वह सम्बनिधत officer से contact कर सकता है।

ReplyDeleteSir ek baar photo copy aaye thi jis per sab logo ka naam nahi tha. Phir correction ker k jama kiya tha. Lekin phir galat aaya hai.kotedaar poora rashan nahi de raha hai.badtamizi karta hai. Iskey liye kya kare.
