UP 4000 Community Health Officer Recruitment 2022: NHM, UP is seeking applications from eligible candidates for approximately 4000 contractual vacancies (actual number may vary as per the requirement. Under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme and to improve health facility in growing Omicron Symptoms Covid 19, Government of UP envisioned to strengthen Sub-Health Centers as Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs).

Name of the Posts: Community Health Officer. 

Selection Process: On the basis of merit list. Selection shall be purely based on the merit, ascertained by the scores obtained in the aforesaid required essential qualification (B.Sc. (Nursing) and Post B.Sc. (Nursing) theory and practical examination). 

Age Limit: Upper age limit for Un-reserved candidates is 35 Years and reservation policy is applicable as per UP state govt. rules. 

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. (Nursing) with integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) OR Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing).
