Sources from Uttarakhand National Health Mission department revealed information related to employee. राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन में कार्यत संविदा कर्मियों को experience बोनस दिया जाएगा। यह समचार उत्तराखंड से आया है और कहा जा रहा है की केंद्र सरकार से PIP में NHM के तहत कार्यरत कर्मियों को experience bonus की सुविधा का लाभ मिलेगा। इसी के तहत यह बोनस का निर्णय लिया गया है। 

Instruction has been given after Central Government approved PIP MODEL. Managing Director of National Health Mission has sent a letter to CMO for releasing bonus to all NHM employee. सभी राज्यों में NHM कर्मी विभिन्न माँगो के लिए आंदोलन कर रहे है। कुछ तो वेतन के लिए तो कुछ अपनी संविदा के permanent करने के लिए।

This NHM Bonus will take effect from 1 April 2021 and up to 2021-2022 you will get experience bonus. Both fresh and old employee will be given bonus.
