Educational Qualifications: अभ्यर्थी को माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद उत्तराखंड में विज्ञान से इंटर पास होना चाहिए। अभ्यर्थियों के पास Uttarakhand State Medical Faculty or have recognised diploma certificate from Uttarakhand Para Medical Staff. 

Age Limit: Maximum age limit: 42 years as on the date of notification. II. Minimum age limit required: 18 years.
