Theme : “Say No To Single Use Plastics” 

Duration: 120 seconds 

Timeline : • Competition Starting Date: 6th November 2020 • 

Last date for submission: 15th November 2020, 12 pm 

Mode of Competition: Online.

Jingle Submission Format • Participant has to compose, record and send the audio clip of the jingle in mp3 format. • Duration of the audio clip should not exceed 120 seconds. • No negative marking for shorter duration audio clips. • Audio clip should be recorded in Hindi Language. • For image/ file upload only .jpg, .png is allowed. 

Prize Money: The prizes are as follows: • 

First Prize- - Rs 5,000/- • 

Second Prize- Rs 3,000/- • 

Third Prize- Rs 2,000/-.

All entries would be evaluated on basis of- a) Lyrics: Content, emotional appeal, relevance, rhyme b) Audio: Rhythm, pitch, flow, background music c) Interpretation of theme and overall impression d) Overall Impression e) Negative marking: 1 mark to be deducted per second exceeding the maximum duration.

1. Jingle should not exceed 120 seconds. No negative marking for shorter duration jingles.

3. One artist can submit one jingle.
4. The Competition is open to all citizens of India only

Bihar Nagar nigam Short Film Contest Registration 2020: Theme : “Role of Citizens in keeping the city clean” Language: Hindi Duration: 300 seconds Timeline: • Competition Starting Date: 6th November2020 • Competition closing Date: 16th November 2020 Mode of Competition : Online.

Film Submission Format: Film should be in mp4 format only • Participant has to upload the YouTube link of the video only. • Duration of the film should not exceed 300 seconds. No negative marking for shorter duration clips. • Clip should be recorded in Hindi Language.

First Prize- Rs 6,000/- and certificate • Second Prize- Rs 4,000/- and certificate • Third Prize- Rs 3,000/- and certificate.

4. Group of artists participating would be considered as one entry only. Certificates and winning prize would be given in the name of the group/company/banner/production house only. Therefore, submission in name of the group/ banner/production house is mandatory.

9. Winning entries would be asked to share their bank details once the results are declared.

11. Patna Municipal Corporation does not bear responsibility for the copyright violations or infringements of intellectual; property carried out by the participants. 

12. Patna Municipal Corporation has the authority to change the terms and conditions of the contest at any point of time.

Digital Poster Making Competition Registration 2020: Theme : “Swachh Bharat Swasth Bharat” Timeline : • Competition Starting Date: 6th November 2020 • Competition closing Date: 10th November 2020, 3 pm Mode of Competition : Online.

Format For Submission: 

Poster should be made using tools such as photoshop/ coral draw/ illustrator/MS Paint or any other related software.

• Handmade posters would not be considered.

Wall Mural Making Contest Registration 2020: Theme : “Swachhta Warriors” Stages of the Competition The mural competition would be organized in two stages. 

 Stage 1: Online Entries • Participants will have to upload their design. Soft copy of handmade designs can also be uploaded. • Top 10 entries would be shortlisted. • Individuals or group of upto 4 members can participate.

Stage 2 • Art wall competition: 19th November 2020. Prize Money: The prizes are as follows: • First Prize- Rs 6,000/- • Second Prize- Rs 4,000/- • Third Prize- Rs 3,000/- 

Evaluation Criteria: All entries would be evaluated on basis of 

a) Interpretation of the theme. 

b) Visual Appeal. 

c) Balance of text, visual and space (20 marks).
