Meaning of open book exam is to use book in exam. You can also say is cheating without any chit or cheating openly with book. Colleges: IGNOU, JNU, National Council for Hotel Management, JNU, ICAR. Jawahar Lal Nehru University has extended the entrance exam, online registration date till 15 May 2020. National Testing Agency will also conduct IGNOU PHD admission and MBA open net exam.
