Indian Coast Guard Domestic Branch Syllabus 2019 Here is Indian Coast Guard Domestic Branch Navik Syllabus, India Coast Guard Cook Question Papers and Indian Coast Guard Steward Previous Papers. India Coast Guard going to conduct written examination for Cook and Steward. This is domestic branch stream of Indian Coast Guard, and on the basis of competitive test you are allowed to appear in exam which is held in all centers. Talking about Indian Coast Guard Navik Domestic Branch Exam Date than it is planned during end of November month. Indian Coast Guard Cook/Steward Question Papers 2019: Those who qualify written test will get to Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Initial Medical Examination (Preliminary). The testing procedure will take 2-3 days. Physically Challenged people are not eligible to apply for this examination.

Indian Coast Guard Physical Fitness Test Syllabus 2019: (PFT) Physical Fitness Test will be conducted for all those who qualify the written tests. All candidates are advised to be in possession of sport rig (Shoe, T-shirt, Trouser etc). The PFT will consist of:-



1. 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes.
2. 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak)
3. 10 Push up. Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk.

Indian Coast Guard Last Stage: Mere declaration of fit in initial medical examination does not indicate selection of the candidate for the final medical at INS Chilka.

Indian Coast Guard Final Merit List 2019: The Zone wise select list of candidates will be displayed in the Indian Coast Guard Website www.joinindiancoastguard.gov.in in the month of Mar 2020.
