Allahabad High Court has rejected the case related to CCC Certificate opted by
those Technician Grade 2 aspirants who have opted certificate from other
institute other than NIELIT, DOEACC. Many Person who lives far lang from NIELIT
Affiliated institute that runs Course on Computer Certificate (CCC) HAVE
APPLIED from other Computer Society who runs same course on CCC of 3 months.

Certificate: Latest News 12 May 2019, In a bench of two Judge received many
complaint about CCC course as UP State Government mandatory the course in govt
jobs. However both Judges said about CCC Certificate is basic general knowledge
on computer. CCC Certificate is not a big degree that may career of candidates
as jobs seeker in all states.
UPPCL TG 2 Document Certification:
Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation have already issued important terms &
condition of Self Attested certificate need to be submitted but nobody file
case in court to claim on attested certificate. More than 100 candidate’s
future decided by two Judges who is hearing court case.

Vacancy 2019: According to posts more than 2,000 vacancies generated by
Uttar Pradesh Vidyut Vibhag in which computer certificate from DOEACC/NIELIT
society is mandatory. You can also upload CCC Course of Computer which is
minimum eligibility. Through RTI or Intelligence source many candidates who
unable to qualify in UPPCL TG 2 say they found there is huge number of
possibility of Corruption (Bhrashtachar in Hindi) that many candidates passed
in TG 2 WITHOUT CCC Certificates.
Note;
Previous decision was only CCC Certificate eligible in TG2 Bharti but on 12 May
2019, have added lifeline to those aspirant who have completed BCA MCA B.SC or
any other degree related course.
