Madhyamik Shiksha Sewa Chayan Board Latest News: In an important decision Allahabad High Court granted power of attorney to Madhyamik Shiksha Chayan Board for giving report on how many posts are their in Aided School, Junior High School and other Rajkiya School that are currently facing teacher lackness. AHC court directed to madhyamik chayan board for collecting data of Teacher bharti in junior High school and send this information to DIOS of that district where Madhyamik Board will fill form.
As on previous time Management committee have authority to recruit teacher, clerk, principal, group d and clerk staff but after judgement given by allahabad high court to change committee from Management to madhyamik chayan board. Court has instructed all basic shiksha adhikari district wise under 7 (a) act for submitting report of vacant posts in junior high school. below are some important points in which high court of Juridicture ask to give report from all officer who are responsible in selection.
1. How many posts of Assistant Teacher are to be recruited in school.
2. How much salary on monthly basis they are receiving from each and everuy government.
3. Report should be send before 15 February 2019.
4. After collecting report from all district where urgently required teacher posts should be sent all information within 3 weeks.
5. Court has also make guideline on session of student when started, teacher posts should be not vacant in teaching time.
