UP College Lecturer Salary the Revised Pay Scale of different category of Teachers and Equivalent position is based on the following. The formula followed by the College lecturer 7th pay commission is in the academic pay structure, travelling from the concept of pay band and academic grade pay to that of Academic level and cells on College Lecturer 7th pay commission.

Lecturer Salary in UP: - Each cell in academic level of Teacher is at 3% higher than the previous cell in that level. Ministry of Human Resource Department MHRD directed the revision of pay of teachers and equivalent cadres in Universities and College following the revision of pay scales central government teachers.

UP Lecturer 7th Pay Commission:- The Annual Increment to each employee would moved up in the same academic level, with an employee moving from existence cell in the academic level to the immediate next cell in the same academic level.  The entry pay for each level is as follows:
