Postman will be Called Postperson :- Central Government has suggested changing the Name of Postman into Postperson and soon discussion starts to replace Postman Name. Ministry of Information Technology chaired by BJP MP Anurag Thakur, to the postal department has suggested this Name Changer theme of Postman (Postperson). 11 Lakh postman has now connected with banking service of posts and rest of 3 Lakh will be trained after new budget passed.

Postperson Recruitment 2018:- The Panel Realized that both Postman and Postwoman are serving the department and therefore it feels to change the Nomenclature. The Changing Committee who will issue letter on all India basis to all posts office to make their register attendance of Postman into Postperson. The Board member also agrees the Name Dakia is Hindi Vocabulary but it is neutral.

The BJP Panel proposed word postman is English name and we have only change its meaning according to English based post person.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will launched the merger of India Post Office into India Post Payment Bank on 21^st August 2018. In first day of establishment 650 Branches mainly Head Post Office starts working with 350 seva Kendra.
