UP Bar Council Election 2018 Latest News, Chunav Date

UP Bar Council Election 2018 Held on 27, 28 March in Uttar Pradesh and divided into 4 Zones to select 25 Members of Bar Election in UP.

UP Bar Council Election 2018 It is hereby notified that election of Members of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh will be held on 27, 28 March 2018 in accordance with provision of Advocates acts. The Nomination papers in compliance with rules & Regulation will be submitted in offices near High Court on all working days up to 4.00 PM.

UP bar Council Application Fees: - Every nomination paper shall be amounted by sum of Rupees. The nomination paper shall be accepted only through demand draft, Check in favor of Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.

UP Advocate Bar Council Election Result 2018:- In UP Bar Chunav every candidates for election as member of bar council shall be proposed by a voter and seconded by another voter. The Advocate, Head or Member nomination paper shall be delivered by Secretary, Personally or through by an agent by registered posts. So as to reach the secretary on or before the date specified in the notification.

UP BAR Election Result 2018:- The Advocates practicing at High Court at Allahabad, Lucknow are yet to give their option to transfer their names to their preferred bar council. Now that the process for bifurcation has been initiated, the elections to both the bar councils may be conducted simultaneously at a later point of time by fixing a time schedule.

Note: - The steps are being taken by this Humble Lucknow Court and the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad for the State of Uttar Pradesh and for constitution.
