The exam is based on multiple choice objective types Pattern.

There will be negative marking of 1/4th marks for each wrong Answer.

For Assistant Accountant, Marks will not be included in the Merit that gains in Computer exam by the candidate.

UPPCL Assistant Accountant Exam Pattern 2018:- Selection Process of selection may include Interview/Written Test or both as decided by the Selection Committee.

Assistant Accountant (Sahayak Lekhakar) :- Selection Process on Written Exam.

Account Officer (Lekha Adhikari) :- Purely Based on Written Exam & Interview.

For Assistant Accountant :-

Paper-I :- In Stage 1 Exam the Question will be put on  Computer Knowledge from DOEACC. 1 Question carry 1 Marks Total will be carrying 50 Questions of total 50 marks.

Paper – II :- In the IInd Side of Question is based on Current Affairs, General English & Hindi, Math’s, Accountancy, Auditing & Income Tax

Level of Question: Graduation Standard.

The Wrong Answer Will Be Deduct 1/4 Marks of Overall.

For Accounts Officer :-

The Written Exam Would be Objective

There will be 200 Objective Type Questions (Current Affairs, General English & Hindi, Math’s and Accounts) with the Time Duration of 2 Hours.

The Right Answer Will is implemented with 01 Mark.

The Wrong Answer Tricks Will Be Deducted to 1/4 Marks of Overall.

The Minimum Qualifying marks would be 40% of Total Marks.

In these Posts selected candidates will engage in Interview.

The Interview Will is of 25 Marks.
