UP RSAC Recruitment 2018 application are invited for appointment of the post of director from scientist of repute with following essential qualifications and experience.

Remote Sensing Applications Centre, U.P. is an autonomous organization of Dept. of Science & Technology Govt. of U.P. and registered under Societies Registration Act of 1860. The centre is engaged in carrying out R&D and operational projects related to application of Remote Sensing & GIS techniques in the study of natural resources.

Name of the posts: REQUIRES SCIENTIST/ENGINEER/ACADEMICIAN FOR THE POST OF DIRECTOR

Post	DIRECTOR
Pay Scale	Pay Band-4/Pay Scale Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs. 10000/-
Essential Qualification	M.Sc. (First Class) in any Natural Science Discipline with 20 years working experience in related field having outstanding research and applications work . Or M.Sc. (First Class) in any Natural Science Discipline and Ph.D in any Natural Science discipline with more than 10 years or working experiences especially in the field of Remote Sensing Applications.
Experience	At least 5 years experience in dealing with the higher level responsibility, managerial experience in Project Planning, Formulation, Implementation & Evaluation along with Administrative experience.
Desirable	Candidate should be presently working at the level of Scientist-SG (Pay Band- 4/Pay Scale Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs. 8900/-) or its equivalent.
Age Bars	Between 45 to 55 years as on 1 January, 2016. The age of superannuation shall be 60 years.

The experience mentioned under “Essential Qualification” and experience will be included under ‘essential qualification.’
