NRAA is an attached office of department of agriculture, cooperation and farmers welfare process to fill up to the posts of technical expert. The post of technical experts are in the level if pay matrix- 15 [Rs 1,82,200-2,24,100-additional secretary] for official working as joint secretary or equivalent or regular basis in their parent department for about 5 yrs  or in the level of pay matrix- 14 (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200-Joint Secretary) for official working as additional commissioner/ Director or equivalent on regular basis in their print department about in 5 yrs.
