Bhagyalakshmi Yojana Online Registration Form started in UP
& to apply for UP Bhagyalakshmi Scheme 2017 which will give Rs 50,000 in
bank account of Girl who newly born in Uttar Pradesh. Bhagyalakshmi Scheme was
launched at the year 2006-07 its main objective to promote the birth of girl in
BPL (below poverty line) families to equalize the status of the girl child in
the family and society of India. Bhagyalakshmi Yojana Financial assistance is
provided to the girl child through her mother/father they are required to
submit Bhagya lakshmi Yojana Application Form with Below Document Required.
Bhagyalakshmi Scheme
2017: All girl children born in BPL families under the Chief Minister
Mahant Aditya Nath Yogi are eligible to be enrolled as a beneficiary under the
scheme. Enrollment is allowed up to one year of the birth of child and Original
Mother and Father have to show production of birth certificate.

CM Yogi Aditya Nath Scheme
2017: All girl children born in BPL families under the Chief Minister Mahant
Aditya Nath Yogi are eligible to be enrolled as a beneficiary under the scheme.
Enrollment is allowed up to one year of the birth of child and Original Mother
and Father have to show production of birth certificate.
Benefits: The
benefits of the Bhagyalaxhmi scheme are restricted only to 2 girl children of a
BPL family.
Document Required:
The father, Mukhiya mother or guardian should have agreement on family planning
methods and the total number of children should not exceed 3.
Agreement by Father
Mother:
1. Not to become a child labourer
2. Not to marry until the age of 18 years.
3. Take admission in a school recognized by the Education
Department.
4. Be enrolled in the Anganwadi centre
How to Enroll for
Bhagyalakshmi Yojana: After enrollment in Bhagyalakshmi scheme in UP and there
will be verification by the department and total amount of Rs. 50,000/- will be
deposited in 4 stages when girl studies with the selected financial institution
in the girl child's name.
How to Apply for
Bhagyalakshmi Yojana in Uttar Pradesh: Interested candidates who want to apply
online for Bhagyalakshmi Yojana thy should follow below instruction.
1. You should have Aadhaar Card
2. Name of Hospital where Girl Born with Birth Certificate.
3. Family Income should be below Rs 2 Lakh (we soon update
guide lines).
4. Ration Card
Note: Some scholarship and
insurance benefits will be made available to the beneficiary on continued
fulfillment of the Bhagyalakshmi eligibility criteria out lined in the scheme.
Stage 1: When a girl child takes admission in 6th Class
maximum of Rs.3, 000/- is provided.
Stage 2: When a girl child takes admission in 8th Class,
Rs.5, 000/- is given.
Stage 3: When a girl child take admission in 10th Class a
sum of Rs.7, 000 will be given to the family.
Stage 4: When a girl child take admission in 12th Class a
sum of Rs.8, 000 will be given to the Girls.
Verification: The Child Development Project Officer is to gather information from all Circles and submit it within 15 days to the concerned District Deputy Directors, Department of Women & Child Development.
Contact: Anganwadi Worker/ Supervisor to identify the girl child and obtain application along with birth certificate from the parents of the child and verify and submit them to the CDPO.
Verification: The Child Development Project Officer is to gather information from all Circles and submit it within 15 days to the concerned District Deputy Directors, Department of Women & Child Development.
