Nabard subsidy for solar home lighting scheme and yojana to Handlooms weavers as well as APL BPL Ration card holders Supply of Solar Lanterns to weavers: Under Hon’ble Chief Minister’s Shri Akhilesh Yadav Special package announced for weavers, each weaver family is to be supplied with solar lantern running well in Bengalore, Bihar, Rajasthan, Gujarat Solar Lantern Scheme 2016 to enable them to work conveniently in low voltage/ frequent power cut period, so that weaver’s working hour income from weaving not be affected.

Objective: Financing Farmers, Bunkar People, Handlooms, APL, BPL Rashan card holders for Purchase of Solar Home Lighting/Solar Water Heaters System.

Eligibility: Small Farmers/ Marginal Farmers/Share cropper/Tenant farmers/Other Farmers and

Agri-entrepreneurs will be eligible under the scheme.

Extent of Loan: Need based with a maximum limit of Rs.50, 000/-.

Repayment of Loan: 5 years in yearly/half yearly installment
