Online payment of stamp duty and registration by net banking through SBI IDBI Bank and who can pay Stamp Duty (SD) and Registration Fees (RF) using bank Website. Any citizen of India or Abroad from UK London America Russia France or Germany people who are living in India whether IDBI account holder or non-account holder from PNB UBI UTI National or Private holder can pay using IDBI Website through www.idbibank.com. Funds arrangement in case of “Across the Counter payment mode you can pay with a Remittance by RTGS, Demand Draft/Cheque payable locally or cash or through NEFT.

a) IDBI,SBI,PNB or UBI Axis Bank Account holder with Net Banking Facility can pay using “Online” mode of payment and
b) Non-account holder can pay using “Across the Bank Counter” mode of payment.

To use IDBI SBI state bank of India “Across the Bank Counter” mode of payment on stamp duty payer can generate a Web token online or offline by giving all the details of the transaction in to the given Form and submit the Web generated token at the bank. Money will be processed after the funds got credited to Banks account.
Designated account for remittance through NEFT message with details of designated account number, IFSC code etc. will be flashed once the Stamp duty payer selects the branch and type of instrument as NEFT.

District and Office name be selected if the documents are not to be registered for the purpose of allocating the duty collection to District wise treasuries.To select Simple Receipt and when e-SBTR for those documents which are required to be registered documents or certificate relating to Immovable Property. For Simple receipt minimum amount should be paid Rs. 300/-
For Across the Stamp duty Counter mode of payment and Rs. 1/-
For online mode of payment. E-SBTR is valid for both registerable and optionally registerable documents where the stamp duty amount is minimum Rs 5000/- or above.
In case of optionally registerable documents where stamp duty amount is less than Rs 5000/- other modes of payment i.e.

Franking or non-judicial stamp papers may be used.
