Approved by Cabinet – On 2 October स्‍टुडेन्‍ट के्डिट कार्य योजना Scheme was launched 2016-17

Eligibility criteria: The BSCCS Scheme Benefit is Students (12th pass or Graduate) will link to Bank and education loan 4 lakh guarantees by state government.

Bihar Credit card Distribution (Vitran) Bank: All Nationalised Banks (PNB, BOB, SBI, UBI) Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank and private bank ICICI, Axis Bank, HDFC etc.

Mobile Application: To fill Application Form for Bihar Student Credit Card Mobile application and Online portal now launched

Status: Applicant must be the Domicile of Bihar Patna for up to 5 years

Age Limit: Age of the selected applicant for Bihar Free education loan should be between 16 to 35 years

Document Required: For Investigation purpose Bihar Credit Card scheme Document required of proof of Age (Bihar Voter ID Card ), 12th Pass certificate, statement of bank accounts and Address (Bihar Ration Card or Aadhar Card) and A passport size photograph etc.

How to Apply for Yuva Sammvad Yojana:

Stage 1: Apply Mode is Available in two Types: Bihar Student Credit Card mobile app or online portal www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in

Stage 2: after apply Online for loan credit card scheme you will receive OTP password in Mobile number and email ID

Stage 3: when you enter received OTP Number in the mobile app or the educational loan online portal,

Stage 4: a new form will open where the students enter all personal details

Stage 5: After submitting the Bihar Student Education Loan application form unique ID number with pdf copy (Students will also receive the PDF file of the submitted form) will be generated on your mobile number and e-mail ID.
