Odisha Junior Teacher Schematic Salary Per Month, OSEPA JTS Pay Scale After 3 Years Service, Remuneration of Junior Teacher (Schematic), 2023. In connection with OSEPA advertisement No. 10576 Dt. 10.09.2023 relating to engagement of Junior Teacher (Schematic) basing on the Resolution No. 20336 Dt. 22.08.2023 of S & ME Department, the remuneration admissible to the post of the Junior Teacher (Schematic) will be as follows as per the existing guideline.

1. The remuneration of the Junior Teacher (Schematic) is Rs. 11,100/- per month excluding EPF of employee share. 

2. The Junior Teacher (schematic) will be eligible to be a Junior Teacher after three years of continuous and satisfactory service and the remuneration will be Rs. 13.800/- excluding EPF of employer share 

3. A Junior Teacher after three years of continuous and satisfactory service will be appointed as regular Elementary teacher through absorption in the Elementary cadre and the salary will be Rs.23,600/- and D.A., HRA and other allowances as admissible per month.
