MHA reserves 10% vacancies for recruitment in CAPFs & Assam Rifles for Agniveers & 3 yrs age relaxation beyond upper age limit. For the 1st batch of Agniveer, age relaxation will be for 5 yrs beyond upper age limit.

75% of Agniveers:- 

1. 10 percent reservation in Assam Rifles + CAPF 

2. MP, UP, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Haryana, Bihar and other BJP administrated states "Police Job". 

3. Banking Sector 

4. Small entrepreneur 

5. (Ex Gratia 11.70 lacs) 

6. Technical Jobs under Digital India 

7. Security Personnel 

8.25% will be regular cadre.

10 Percent Reservation Agnipath in Assam rifles CAPF Recruitment : The (MHA) decides to reserve 10% vacancies for recruitment in CAPFs and Assam Rifles for Agniveers. Later on Government also relax and added two year in minimum and maximum age limit 21 year to 23 years. 

MHA CAPF Assam Rifles Age Limit: The Ministry of Home Affairs also decides to give 3 years age relaxation beyond the prescribed upper age limit to Agniveers for recruitment in CAPFs & Assam Rifles. Further, for the first batch of Agniveer, the age relaxation will be for 5 years beyond the prescribed upper age limit. 

Due to Agneepath protest Railway said they have loss Rs 40 crore. Large number of protest held in Bihar, UP, Rajasthan to take back Agneepath recruitment scheme. On daily basis Government of India clarifies the benefit of Agneepath.
