Haryana OBC Creamy Layer Income Limit, Minimum Rs 6 Lakh

Haryana OBC Creamy Layer Income Limit In Haryana whose family income is above Rs 6 Lakh per month (creamy layer) are not eligible to get reservation Government Jobs and admission in education institute. Now MLA, Parliament Member and Government officers class 1, class 2 and Army Major or its above posts are not eligible to apply for reservation.

Haryana Rs 6 Lakh OBC Creamy Layer Limit: Vinit Garg who is Secretary from the Department of Other Backward Class and Scheduled Caste told government order has already issued and it tells about difference between Creamy Layer and Non Creamy Layer. On current time central government creamy layer limit is Rs 8 Lakh annual.

Below are the category who are in list of Haryana OBC Creamy Layer Limit:



Income Limit: Family whose income is above Rs 6 Lakh or candidates mother father property on continuous basis from 3 years is Rs 1 Crore are not eligible in reservation. According to Act 1972, famers who have large number of fields for farming. They are also out from the list of OBC Cream layer new income limit. 

Constitutional Posts: President, Vice President, Union Public Service Commission and State PSC, Election Commission , MLA, Parliament Member, Directorate General. 

Government Officer: Central and State Government Class 1 and Class 2 Officers, Bank, Insurance Companies or other Government organization. 

Force: Mother, Father or mother both doing hold posts of Group A and Group B posts in Army, Navy, Airforce or any are not added in chart of OBC Rs 6 Lakh Creamy Layer list.

In 2017 Modi Government has approved 8 Lakh income of family added in EWS (Economic Weaker Section). And it is expected Government may also increasing income limit to above Rs 8 Lakh and report was already made in 2019.
