Age Limit: The minimum and maximum age limit of 18 to 45 years will be reckoned as on 01-01-2020. Relaxation is applicable as per the H.P Govt. Rules. 

Selection Procedure: Selection will be on the basis of Objective type screening test consisting of 170 Multiple Choice Questions.

Education Qualification: 

1.Health & Family Welfare Staff Nurse: Qualified „A‟ Grade Nurse (Diploma in GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University/Institution. 

2.Himachal Road Transport Corporation Ledger Keeper: B. Com with six months Computer course from a recognized institute. 

3.DC Office Chamba Clerk: 10+2 from a recognized University or Board. Should have basic knowledge of Computer Operation with One Year Diploma in Computer application/Training. 

4.HPSEBL Junior Office Assistant (Accounts): B.Com. from a recognized University. Candidate having M.Com qualification must have passed B.Com at graduation level. 

5.Jal Shakti Vibhag Junior Engineer (Civil): Regular full time Diploma in Civil Engineering (03 years) or B.E./B. Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 

6.Jal Shakti Vibhag Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Degree or Diploma in the trade of Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Aeronautical or Marine Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University or an Institution duly recognized by the Government of India or the State Government. 

7.Home Guards & Civil Defence Havildar Instructor/Quarter Master Havildar: Should have passed at least matric standard examination from a recognized Board of School Education. OR Should possess Army Special certificate. 

8.Steno Typist : Should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board of School Education. 

9.Publicity Assistant Grade-II: Two years National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) Certificate in the trade of Electronics or Radio & T.V. from an Institution recognized by the Himachal Pradesh Government.
