Name of the posts With Salary
1.Ayurvedic Doctor Male: 1 posts, Rs 32000 per month.
2. Ayurvedic Doctor Female: 7 posts, Rs 32000 per month.
3. Female Health Worker: 5 posts, Rs 12500 per month.
4. Allopathic Pharmacist: 1 posts, Rs 12500 per month.
Total number of vacancies: 14 posts
Educational Qualification
1.Ayurvedic Doctor Male: Doctor must have completed degree of medical in Ayurvedic, Unani and Homeopathic. They degree should be registered from UP Medical Council.
2. Female Health Worker: 2 years of diploma in ANM/GNM. Their degree or diploma should have registration of Medical Council.
3. Allopathic Pharmacist: person who will apply for pharmacist, they should have qualification of pharma with computer knowledge. Minimum 2 years of diploma or graduate in pharmacist.
Age Limit: For post code 1 and 2 maximum age limit is 50 years and for post code 3 and 4 maximum age of candidates is 40 years. Age relaxation is as per govt rules and regulation.
Date of appointment: your job will be up to 31st March 2021.
Salary: According to National Health mission.
