On current time minority colleges were filling jobs through interview process. But UP Government has made changes in filling jobs of minority college i.e. Those college who are taking fund from government to pay their teachers salary. Now they can hire teachers only by approval of Basic Education Officer or any other officer.

Main objective of government is to make transparency in recruitment of Aided College. Court said private agency will organize written test and fill jobs by merit list.
