Educational Qualification:

1. Graduation (Preferably with commerce background) with diploma in computer application or O level course from DOEACC.

2. Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute or diploma holder in pharmacy with 3 years of experience in health care. Must be registered in concerned state council.

3. Master Degree/MBBS Degree Diploma in Medical area from any University recognized approved by Uttar Pradesh Medical Council of India.

4. Graduate diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). Must be registered in the concerned state council.

Pay Scale: Grade pay and others allowances as per Govt. Rules.

1. Data Manager Rs 36000 per month.

2. Pharmacist Rs 13000 per month.

3. Medical Officer (Full Time) Rs 13000 per month.

4. Lab Technician Rs 13000 per month.

Age Limit: Minimum Age 21 to 40 years (upper age limit for reserved category candidates shall be relaxed able as per rules.
