of Honorable Supreme Court. This news is fist time visible on Amar Ujala Paper.
So what Senior Judges gave reply to all pleaders? Bench has directed to UP
Government for arranging vacant posts of Assistant Teacher in various schools.
After Supreme Court decision in year 2017 UP Government issued advertisement to
fill 69,000 teacher vacancies and according to sources 41,500 candidates get
jobs.

weightage in selection process. However this is only suggestion but government
must apply rule for benefitting those Shiksha Mitra who have given services as an
old employee, experience employee, professional Shiksha Mitra etc.
Rs 38,870 Salary to
Shiksha Mitra: In a written affidavit cum approval letter given to Judges
regarding converting Shiksha Mitra Salary to Rs 38,870 per month. But court
said we will not interfere on this matter. In year 2017, One UP Govt has hired
Shiksha Mitra on tender basis.
