NBRI Lucknow Recruitment 2020 UP Vanaspati Anusandhan Vibhag Vacancy 2020 NBRI Lucknow Technician Recruitment 2020 CSRI NBRI Lucknow Recruitment 2020 CSIR- National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI), Lucknow is a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR). CSIR-NBRI undertakes basic and applied research in important areas of plant sciences. CSIR-NBRI invites applications from Indian citizens in the prescribed application format for the posts of Technical & Support Staff for technical assistance & support in research activities as per the details hereunder:-

Senior Technical Officer

B.E./B.Tech with 55% marks in the Chemical Technology/ Biotechnology/Instrumentation with five years experience in Mass Spectrometry OR M.Sc. with minimum of 55% marks

in Biological Sciences/Chemical Sciences with five years experience in Mass Spectrometry.

Experience in High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HRMS) /MALDI-TOF/LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS.

Operation and Maintenance of the Mass Spectrometry Facility and support to CIF.

Technical Assistant: (6)

1. Library: First class B.Sc.(Sci.) with B. Lib. Sci. At least one year working experience in Cataloguing and Library maintenance.

2. Molecular Biology: First class B.Sc.(Sci.)/M.Sc with Botany/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Biological Sciences/Plant Sciences as one of the subjects with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in Plant Molecular Biology Techniques from a recognized Institute/ Organization/University.

3. Area Civil Engineering: 1st class Diploma in Civil Engg. of atleast 3 years full time duration or at least 02 years full time duration in cases of lateral admission in Diploma Courses or its equivalent with experience of 02 years in the relevant area/field.

4. Electrical Engineering: Diploma in Electrical Engineering and same as above.

5. Pharmacology & Pharmacognosy: First class B.Sc.(Sci.)/M.Sc. with Botany, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Zoology with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in relevant area from a recognized Institute/ Organization/University.

6. Herbarium: B.Sc.(Sci.) with Botany/Plant Science as one of the subjects / 1st class B.Sc(Ag.) / 1st class B.Sc. ( Horticulture) with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in the field of Plant Systematics/ Herbarium Techniques from a recognized Institute/Organization/ University.

7. Botanic Garden: First class B.Sc.(Sci.) with Botany/Plant Science as one of the subjects/ Ist class B.Sc ( Ag.) / 1st class B.Sc. ( Horticulture) with one year full time professional qualification or one year experience in the field of Botanic Garden/Horticulture/Landscaping/Floriculture from a recognized Institute/Organization/

University.

Technician: (18)

1.Chemical Laboratory Assistant/ Quality Assurance Assistant/ Fruit and Vegetable processor

SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI certificate in Chemical Laboratory Assistant/ Quality Assurance Assistant/ Fruit and Vegetable processor trade or national /state trade certificate or 02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized institution in the above trades.

2.Computer Operator and Programming Assistant)(CoPA)

SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) (CoPA) trade or national /state trade certificate or 02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized institution in the above trade.

3. Library Assistant

SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI certificate in Electrician trade or national /state trade certificate or 02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized institution in the above trade

4. Trade : Draughtsman (Civil)

SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI certificate in Draughtsman (Civil) trade or national /state trade certificate or 02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized institution in the above trade.

5. Trade: Gardner/ Horticulture Assistant/ Florist and Landscape

SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI certificate in Gardner/ Horticulture Assistant / Florist and Landscaper trade or national /state trade certificate or 02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized institution in the above trade.

6.Instrument Mechanic /Mechanic (Agriculture Machinery)

SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI certificate in Instrument Mechanic/ Mechanic ( Agriculture Machinery) trade or national /state trade certificate or 02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized institution in the above trade.

7.Carpenter

SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI certificate in Carpenter trade or national /state trade certificate or 02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized institution in the above trade.

8.Plumber

SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus ITI certificate in Plumber trade or national /state trade certificate or 02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized institution in the above trade.

Pay Allowance: These posts carry usual allowances i.e. Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA) etc.

Shorlisting Process: The period of experience rendered by a candidate on part time basis, daily wages, visiting / guest faculty will not be counted while calculating the valid experience for short listing the candidates for Interview/Trade Test and written exam.

Age Limit: The date for determining the upper age limit, qualifications and / or experience shall be the Closing date prescribed for receipt of applications i.e . 31-01-2020
