1. On national level basis, India will be divided into 3 geographical categories.

Metro City (above 40 Lakh)
City (40 Lakh below)
Village.

2. Home allowance will be 10 percent of minimum wage. It will not affect Employee location on which they are living.



3. In 5 year a time, minimum wage will be decided on Floor wage. Meaning of floor wage is recruiters can’t give salary by their own.

4. Minimum Wage Rs 375 per day for all Mazdoor, Labor. This proposal given by labor department.
