Age Limit: Minimum age limit for any candidates who wants to become manager in Fertilizer company is 18 years and maximum age criteria is 45 years i.e. born on or after 1.4.1974 as per gov rules and regulation.

Salary: Rs. 32900-58000 (E5). The total of Basic + DA+ HRA will be around Rs. 84570/ per month at the current rates.

Educational Qualification: Full time Degree in Engineering or Full time two year Post Graduate degree in any discipline

Or Full time two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

Percentage of Marks: SC, ST and PWBD candidates are 50% where minimum 60% marks are specified for General OBC.

Preference: According to posts your qualification should be matched. BE/B Tech + ME/M Tech integrated dual degree in engineering.

Selection process: Only interview + Skill Test. They will also check your resume on project and past experience.
