Educational Qualification: Master Degree in 5 Years of experience. PG Degree Diploma holder in Medical with 3 years of experience are eligible.

Exam Center:  All Region conducted combined examination.

Application Fees: General and OBC: Rs 750, SC ST Physical Handicapped Rs 125.
