Age Limit- A candidate for direct recruitment in Tribunal Court must have attained the age of 35 years and must not have attained the age of 45 years on the first day of January next following the year in which the notice inviting applications is published.

Eligibility of Women- Women is also eligible for appointment to the service.

Knowledge of Hindi- A candidate for recruitment to the service must possess a thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Script.

Probation Period- The period of probation shall, in each case, is two years.
