EPFO SSA Salary: Senior Social Security Assistants in LEVEL-7 ((Rs.35400 - 1, 12,400) with five years' of regular service rendered in the respective zonal offices

EPFO SSA Pay Scale: Employees serving in the respective zone on the basis of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination held for those who have rendered not less than five years' service as Senior Social Security Assistants in LEVEL-6 (Rs.35400 -JI 2400).

EPFO Salary Latest News 2018: The Ministry of Labor & Employment, Government of India Vide its letter no 32022/10/2014-SS-1 DATED 7^TH December 2016 has conveyed the approval of government of India on the proposal of Organization and cadre restructuring in EPFO. Accordingly the revised sanctions of the following posts are notified.

Name of the Posts: Social Security Assistant/Senior Social Security Assistant.

Pay Grades of New Recruitment

Pay Band 1: Rupees 5200-20,200 Plus GP 2800/Level 5 in the Pay Matrix.

Pay Band 2: Rs 9300-34,800 plus GP 4200/LEVEL 6 in the pay matrix.

Pay Grade (Existing Personal)

Pay Band 1: Rs 5200 to 20,200 plus GP 2400/Level 4 in the pay matrix

Pay Band 1: Rs 5200-20,200 Plus GP 2800/LEVEL 5 in the pay matrix after 4 years of service.

Pay Band 2: Rs 9300 to 34,800 Plus GP 4200 / Level 6 in the pay matrix to 60% of the total cadre strength.

EPFO SSA Promotion: In case of recruitment by promotion or deputation or absorption, grades from which promotion or deputation or absorption to be made.

1. DPC means departmental promotion committee as per recruitment rules for the posts.

2. DOPT means Department of Personal and Training under the ministry of Personal, Public Grievance and Pension, Government of India.
