Polytechnic Students Laptop Scheme in UP 2019: In year 2017, 2018 top 100+200 students who topped in UP State (District Wise) according to rank scored in Uttar Pradesh Polytechnic Entrance they may get laptop. This is first time government is giving laptop on the basis of Education, Rank and Mindful Girls/Boys.
