UP ITI Seat Allotment Letter 2018 Candidate who secures Higher Percentage of marks at 10th Level. VPPUP ITI Students selected on merit list and placed in Colleges of NCVT SCVT. The VPPUP ITI syllabus will be divided into district wise general (OBC SC ST). They will be no written exam asked but only admission merit list will be held.
