FOR MALE CANDIDATES:

(1) 1000 Meters Race - 5 Minutes in one Go.

(2) Long Jump - 3.2Meters in 3 Chances.

(3) HIGH JUMP - 1.1 Meters in 3 Chances.

FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES:

(1) 800 Meters Race - 5 Minutes in one Go

(2) Long Jump - 2.5 Meters in 3 Chances.

(3) HIGH JUMP - .75 Meters in 3 Chances.

FCI UP Watchman Physical Admit Card 2017: Candidates, who are not able to generate their Admit Cards online at least one week before the date of the examination, should contact at Email ID fcilko2017@gmail.com . Even then if the grievances are not addressed, the candidates may contact in person to AGM (Personnel), FCI, Regional Office, Lucknow with proof of online submission of Application Form for generating Admit Card online.
