Age Limit Calculated On 01.01.2017: Age Relaxation will be provided on 18 to 42.

Pay Scale: Pay Scale of Rs.10300-34800 + Rs. 3200/- Grade Pay

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have degree in any stream but it’s mandatory to have knowledge and free hand on computer with operation of computers (Word processing and Spread sheets).

Application Fee: Candidates should pay their fees in below method

1. General People: - Rs.1000/-

2. SC/BC/OBC/ESM of State of Punjab: - Rs.250/-

3. PHC of Punjab (General Category Candidates):- Rs. 500/-

4. PHC of Punjab (SC/BC/OBC/ESM):- Rs.125/-

Note: Reserved Category of other State: - Rs.1000/-
