About Indian pharmacopoeia commission: The Indian pharmacopoeia commission (IPC) Is an autonomous body , set up under the ministry of health & family welfare primarily with the objective of periodically updating of the Indian pharmacopoeia , the book of standards for the drugs and the other related tasks.

Eligiblity Criteria & quality :

Educational Qualification: POST GRADUATE degree in pharmaceuticals science/ bio-chemistry/ biotechnology /chemistry/ pharmalogy / microbiology from the recognized university or equivalent associate ship diploma of the institution of chemists (India) .

Age limit is 40 years (age relaxation for SC/ST is five years and three years for OBC)

Special Experience : One year experience in chemistry /physiochemical testing and analysis of the drugs in drugs testing laboratory under the drugs and cosmetics act and rules .

Selection Process: Their will be no written exam and syllabus will be made only interview selection given priority.

Desirable: Good knowledge of computer application.
