Supreme Court Middle Income Group Scheme in Hindi Madhya Aay Samuh Yojana is legal services is for Supreme Court Middle Income Group MIGS Scheme 2017.

Supreme Court Middle Income Group Scheme is supportive help providing legal case in low costs Supreme Court Middle Income Scheme in Hindi called as Madhya Aay Samuh Yojana publicly announced in February for those Middle class families whose annual income not cross Rs. 7, 50, 000 per annum and on monthly basis Rs 60,000 per month. The procedure is after Lower court, High court approval case registration comes under the MIG Legal Aid Scheme which is forwarded to Advocate/ Senior Counsel/Arguing Counsel on the panel for their opinion. If Advocate of Supreme court on Record is satisfied with case you registered should go for judge panel then the society will consider that applicant (Madhya Aay Samuh Scheme) is entitled to legal aid.

Supreme Court Madhya Aay Samuh Yojana: Every person who wants to avail of the services of an Supreme Court Madhya Aay Samuh Scheme Advocate empanelled under the yojana will have to approach the Secretary of the SC MIGS Scheme by filling an application Form in the prescribed format with the relevant documents and a sum of Rs 500/- payable to the Supreme Court Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society ( SCMIGLAS) as service charges.

Document Required:   Every person who desires to avail of the services of an Advocate empanelled under the Scheme will have to approach the Secretary of the Scheme by filing an application in the prescribed form annexed hereto along with the relevant documents.

Who can apply: This scheme provides legal services to the middle income group citizens i.e. citizens whose gross income is not exceeding Rs.60,000/- p.m. or Rs. 7,50,000/-.

Selection Process for Supreme Court Middle Income Scheme 2017: AOR / Lawyer Fee, Fixed by the Society A sum of Rs.500/- shall be payable to the Supreme Court Middle Class Family Scheme (SCMIGLAS) as service charges. At the stage of approval of case, a sum of Rs.750/- in addition to the service charges is required to be deposited with the Society.
