By sign up to website www.passportindia.gov.in in 1st stage you will have to submit the online passport application form and paying passport registration fees online. 2nd stage once you schedule, payment complete and book the passport appointment (Interview), than take print out the ARN receipt and visit the passport seva Kendra for next process.

Procedure and Instruction are

A) Go to the Passport Seva Kendra website: passportindia.gov.in

B) Click in the Table (Register Now) in the box Named Apply.

C) Now fill all process to create an account on the Passport Seva website. To avoid any problems fill same as your Aadhar Card Document Required.

D) Click Register when form completed

E) Return to the Passport Seva website.

F) Click the Login for Passport button.

G) Enter your registered email address and click Continue.

E) Submit Key in your email address, password and the characters in the image than Click Login.

F) Above Process when completed then Log on to Apply for Fresh Passport or Reissue of Passport.

G) You can also download the form, fill it and update it back to the PSK website, we suggest you to fill the details only online to save time wither going to Passport office visit for Help

H) Either you want to download the form, Alternative 1. Then Click here to download the soft copy which will be visible in the first heading on the page.

I) if you are able to fill passport online form than on Alternative 2 Click here to fill the application form it is the best way to apply for Form.

J) After Doing Maths on above procedure, in next stage selections as per your requirements choose between a Fresh passport or Re-issue, Normal or Tatkal passport, 38 pages or 60 pages.

K) Next process is to fill personal information which matches your other documents. If you are facing any problems than download prospectus of instruction booklet. If you have done it, click to Submit Application.

L) When you filled the form, return to site, mentioned in step F.

M) Click View Saved and Submitted Form.

N) See the Form you just submitted. Click button for Pay and Schedule Appointment.

O) Select Online Payment.

P) A list of Passport Seva Centres appears from your (Lucknow, Mumbai, Delhi and Gujarat etc) city on screen along with the date & time available appointment.

Q) Select one of them to PSK Location and Enter capcha image next to and click next.

R) Click Payment and Book Appointment.

S) Complete your payment and which will be redirected to the Passport Seva website.

T) Now you'll see a page shown as Appointment Confirmed with all the details of your appointment in Passport Seva Kendra.

U) Print Your Application Receipt. You’ll see a preview of the receipt take a printout of the appointment confirmation.

Document Required: Income tax assessment order, Election commission Voter ID card for Age Limit, Gas connection Bill, Applicants ration card, Identity certificate, Government related Identity.

Elibility Criteria: To apply for Passport you should have good reputation (No criminal, Bankrupt etc)
Application Form Fees: Fresh Passport or Re-issue of Passport including additional booklet due to exhaustion of visa pages (60 pages) of 10 years validity.
