Bihar Kushal Yuva Program Yojana 2017 is Skill Development
Mission (Bihar Kaushal Vikas Yojana) has launched a unique skill training
admission by the name of Bihar Kushal Yuva Scheme cum Program. It wills Develop
Students Knowledge (Soft Skill) in the age group of 15 to 25 Years who are searching
for jobs. Main Eligibility to apply online for 10th or class 12th school dropout
from formal education. The successful completing of the training course under
Kushal Yuva Program would be mandatory for applicant who is in the age group of
20 to 25 years.
Objective: In
Bihar Kushal Yuva Program Yojana Main Objective on Life skills, Communications
Skills (English & Hindi) and Basic computer literacy. It is estimated that
15 to 16 Lakh youth would be eligible or apply for training in the first year With
addition of 4 to 5 lakh eligible youths every year. Applicant will be trained
through BSDCs (“Block Skill Development Centre) and in city SDCs (Skill
Development Centre).

elementary/high/Intermediate schools.
2. School drop-outs
3. Unemployed youth
4. Informal sector workers
5. Child labour and working children of advanced age

Scheme was launched on October 2, 2016. The Kushal Yuva Program Scheme Benefit
is for Students and who are searching for jobs and Enhance Knowledge in Free
time period
Duration of the Scheme:
After Competing Course on Computer or other English Communication skill and IT
Literacy candidates will be allotted Bihar Kushal Yuva Program Certificate and
Merksheet.
Eligibility criteria:
Should have passed 10th pass from any recognized University
Age Limit:
Minimum Age criteria 15 to Maximum 25 years.
Document Required:
Voter Card List, 10th, 12th Original certificate, Ration Card or Aadhar Card
for domicile (Nivas pram an Patra) Document required for proof.
