Salary and Pay Scale for Flight Test Engineers: Rupees 1,18,500/- in Pay Level

Desirable - Master's Degree in Engineering / Technology in any branch.

Experience: A Minimum 18 years of experience in Indian Air Force / Indian Navy.

Educational qualification:

Graduate in Arts, Commerce, Science, Business Administration, Business Management and should have passed Junior English Shorthand and Junior English Typewriting exams conducted by Govt. of Karnataka or equivalent special preference to Certificate course in Computer applications like MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, E-Mail, Internet etc. for routine office work.

ADA Pay scale will accord 7th pay commission: ‘Rupees 5,200–` 20,200 + Grade Pay 2,400 plus allowances as applicable to Central Government employees

Age limit: should be not exceeding 30 years.

Selection procedure:  written examination and interview.
