Scholarship 2018:- Indira Gandhi Scholarship is made for Girls who wanted
to continue their studies Higher education (UG PG and B.Tech, MBA Programmes).
After independence it is observed by the government that ratio of population of
Girls against boy’s day by day declining due to support of Boys education. In
90s Girls are made only for Marriage, Give Birth, House Wife and should follow
Male rules and regulation but Indira Gandhi (President, Single Girls Child
Scholarship ) who is famous for Strict Rules Taking like Today Narendra Modi
Government (He is Prime Minister, Implement Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Yojana)
working. These two personality implement some rules and allows scholarship for girls
in every scheme of education.

Girl Child Scholarship 2018:- The Single Girl Financial scheme is
applicable to those single girl child who has taken admission in regular,
fulltime first year Masters/Degree course in any designated university or
graduate college. The awardees can fill other scholarship (CBSE Single Girl
Child, Prime Minister Scholarship, SOF Girl Child Scholarship Scheme etc) also
during the tenure of this Indira Gandhi Chattervritti Yojana.

Amount of fellowship:
In Post Graduate Scholarship For Girls amount Rs.36,200/- p.a. for a period of
two years only i.e. full duration of a PG course but nothing will be payable in
lieu of hostel charges and medical charges etc.

Scholarship Renewal: - Scholarship granted under the scheme will be kept
renewed after passing exam score good during the period of first degree course,
75% on daily subject to good conduct and maintenance of prescribed attendance.
