Name of The Organization: Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)

Educational Qualification: Matriculation or 10th Pass with Science subject. Educational certificates other than State Board/ Central Board should be accompanied with Govt. of India notification declaring that such qualification is equivalent to Matric/10th class pass for service under Central Govt from recognized board.

Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 23 years as on the closing date for the receipt of applications from candidates (i.e. 1-01-2018).. Age Relaxation as per government rules and regulations.

Medical & Physical Test Syllabus:

1. Height Test Candidates will be made to pass under a bar which has been put at the minimum height required. Those who pass through under the bar will be rejected

2. Run 5 Kilometers to be completed in 24 minutes

3. Physical Standards Test Height, chest and weight of the candidate will be recorded. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected.

4. Identity Check The identity of the candidates who qualify will be verified using such means as may be felt necessary.

5. Documentation Documents in support of educational qualifications, domicile and other eligibility

criteria, relaxations etc. will be checked. A candidate will be rejected if he fails to produce any document required in support of his eligibility criteria, relaxations etc. Further all certificate/documents should be in the format specified in appendices. Candidates seeking reservation benefits for SC/ST/OBC/Minorities must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility prescribed in the Notice. They should also be in possession of the certificates in the format prescribed by Government of India in support of their claim at the time of the Recruitment.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with Grade pay of Rs.2800/-

Application Fee: General and OBC candidates have to pay the Rs 50/- as the Application Fee. No Fees for SC/ST Candidates.

SSB Sub Inspector Recruitment 2018

Sub Inspector / Executive: 20 to 25 years

Head Constable / General Duty: 18 to 23 years

Pay Scale Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.2800/-

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from recognized Board or University or equivalent.

For Inspector/Executive:

Candidates should have done a bachelor Degree from a recognized University. Contenders must have done 10+2 or equivalent from recognized institutions / Board.
