Indian Army NCC Special Entry Scheme Recruitment 2018:- Vacancy details
(a) NCC MEN 50 (45 for Gen Category and 05 for Wards of Battle Casualties of Army only)
(b) NCC Women 04 (10% vacancies of Women are reserved for Wards of Battle Casualties of Army personnel only)
Educational qualification:
Degree from reputed University/Institution and they should have NCC Certificate holder. Educational Qualification: (as) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all the years. Those studying in third year are also allowed to apply provided they have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in the first two years. Such students will need to secure overall aggregate of minimum 50% marks if selected in interview
Failing which their candidature will be cancelled.
Age Limitation –
Candidate’s age must be between 19 to 25 years. Relaxation in age will be applied as per gov rules.
Stipend pay during training at OTA-
During the period of training the candidates will be given a stipend or Rs. 21,000/- p.m. (Rs. 15,600/- as pay in Pay Band plus Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/-). On completion of training, officers are commissioned as Lt and entitled to the pay scale as given in Para 15 above.
Height and weight –
Men Candidates height must be 157.7 cm with correlated weight and women Candidate height must be 152 cm with 42 kg weight.
Selection Process-
Candidates will be selected through the performance of psychological Aptitude Test, medical examination and Interview.

With all mandatory columns and send to nearest OC, NCC unit from where NCC ‘C’ certification has been issued and the application in the Armed Forces duly counter- signed by Command Officer to the OC, NCC unit from where NCC ‘C’ certificate has been issued at given address:

The Important date for receipt of applications is as under:
