Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin UP 10 Lakh Houses in 2018

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin UP is to be Made 10 Lakh Houses in Rural areas for upcoming year 2018 to 2022.

PMAY-G is Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana For constructing 10 Lakh houses and 2 Lakh houses in Urban (PMAY-U) area where APL family leaves. We can say it this is the main objective to give shelter to those who are homeless or even they can afford to make single house. In Ration of 60:40 both central and state government contribute their income.

Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana: Latest News 11.09.2017 Central government has approved 75,000 house to be made per week. Budget is being passed and target to be achieved up to 2018.

In Uttar Pradesh 48 Lakh people do not have shelter, but they are allowed to live in slum area where lots of diseases came. We have seen many movie and songs that tell Rehney ko Ghar nahin, Par Sara Jahan Hamara. Both PMAY U and PMAY G is central government nothing money taken by any agent only bank will allowed to pass loan which can also be relaxed.

PM Awas Yojana Gramin Scheme is as below:

1. Each eligible beneficiary gets a financial assistance from National and Registered private banks of India with Rs. 1.20 Lakh.

2. Additional Rs. 12,000 will given for construction in Toilet

3. Beneficiaries will be given Rs. 15,700/- who construct their home by own method.
