NECOUNCIL Recruitment 2018 The North Eastern Council Secretariat is looking for the services of a suitable officer for appointment to the post of – (1) Director (Science and Technology) on deputation (including short-term contract ) for Armed Forces Personal: Deputation or re-employment basis and (2) Research officer (Small Scale Industries) on deputation, for Armed Forces Personal Deputation/ re-employment basis.

No. of post : 1 (one).

Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,000-375-16,500/- (5^th CPC) / PB-3 Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- + GP Rs. 7600/- (6^th CPC) corresponding to level 12 of the 7^th CPC.

Method of recruitment :

1. Deputation (including short-term contract);
2. For Armed Forces Personal: Deputation or re-employment.
3. Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Recognized Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings Semi Government or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations;
4. holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
